Our Purpose

Bridgewater-Stay Focused Mentor Program's objective is to work in collaboration with school districts and colleges to provide assistance in retaining students who have the potential to become successful in academics and athletics but need additional support and encouragement on all levels.

Using mentoring as a tool, our goal is to increase the high school graduation rates of high risk student athletes who have potential but lack direction and need support.  Many athletes benefit from having a mentor who can provide direction and ensure their academic and athletic needs are met in a positive and encouraging environment.

Stay focused is designed to provide student athletes with the tools necessary for the complete development of their academic and athletic goals, specifically minorities who may need the support of positive role models.
